How the AI Sprint works
We plan the project together before you arrive, so the Sprint is focused on creating something you’ll actually use. By the end, you’ll have an AI assistant configured around your own business, ready to start using the following week.
Before the Sprint

Together we’ll define a project that’s achievable within the Sprint. You leave with a Project Brief: your problem, your target outcome, and the exact information you need to bring.
During the Sprint
1. Organise your knowledge
Gather the documents, emails and information your AI needs to learn from.
2. Configure your assistant
Configure your custom assistant in ChatGPT or Claude and teach it how your business runs.
3. Put it to work
Create the templates and workflows you'll use every week to get work done.
4. Test, refine & launch
Test it, refine it, and leave with a clear 90-day plan for what to tackle next.

Complete the whole Sprint in one focused day. Leave with your assistant configured, lunch included, plus a follow-up check-in after you’ve started using it.
Both formats include the same planning call, support and outcome. The only difference is how the training is delivered.
